This Acceptable Use Policy describes rules for lawful and responsible use of LandGenie. It applies to all users, accounts, and activities on the platform.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use LandGenie for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or spam-related activity.

  • Creating or distributing content that is false, misleading, or deceptive.
  • Harassing, threatening, or defaming individuals or organizations.
  • Violating applicable laws, regulations, or third-party platform rules.
  • Using the platform to facilitate scams or deceptive schemes.

3. Real-Estate-Specific Misuse

You must not generate or publish property marketing content that misrepresents material facts. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

  • False or misleading claims about ownership, title, or legal rights.
  • Misrepresentation of zoning, permitted uses, access, utilities, permits, or entitlements.
  • Misstating pricing, availability, location details, boundaries, or other key property facts.
  • Publishing unverified claims likely to mislead buyers, sellers, or platform users.

4. AI Misuse

You may not use AI features to generate harmful, unlawful, or deceptive materials, including:

  • Fraudulent property offers or fabricated claims intended to mislead others.
  • Content designed to conceal legal risks, defects, or critical property limitations.
  • Materials that violate consumer protection, advertising, or fair dealing laws.

5. Platform and Security Abuse

You may not interfere with or abuse the platform's infrastructure or security.

  • Attempting unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
  • Reverse engineering, probing, scraping, or extracting data at scale without permission.
  • Transmitting malware or attempting to disrupt platform availability or integrity.
  • Bypassing usage limits, access controls, or protective safeguards.

6. Intellectual Property Infringement

You may not upload, generate, or distribute content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other proprietary rights of third parties.

7. Enforcement

We may investigate potential violations and take action, including warning, content removal, account restriction, suspension, or termination. Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities when appropriate.

Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to LandGenie.
